ABOUT THE COACH

Ayala is a dedicated mom, experienced yoga instructor, and knowledgeable feng shui consultant. With a background in dance, Ayala turned to yoga as a means of healing her body from trauma. In 2001, she obtained certifications in pilates and gyrotonic, expanding her expertise in movement and body awareness. In 2007, Ayala met her meditation guide and mentor, deepening her spiritual journey.

In 2015, Ayala embarked on a transformative journey to Bali, where she became certified in yoga. Since then, she has been passionately sharing her knowledge and teaching yoga, helping individuals tap into their own power, establish a profound connection with their bodies, the universe, and their spirits. Ayala’s personal experience with home birth has further reinforced her belief in the power of yoga and meditation as valuable tools for holistic well-being.

Ayala’s commitment to conscious living extends beyond the yoga studio. She actively participates in conscious events, facilitating transformative experiences through soul healing praydance and other ceremonies. Ayala’s intention is to assist individuals in their personal growth and transformation, guiding them towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their connection to the world around them.

My name is Nikita, I’m 31 years old. 

I’ve been in mixed martial arts since I was 6yo.

Since 18 I was training kids 6-17yo.

Served in special forces 19-21yo.

Was working as a personal trainer and group trainer 21-26.

Moved to USA WHEN I WAS 26 and started studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in ACUPUNCRURE AND MASSAGE COLLEGE Kendal Miami.

Currently Studying.

At the moment I’m working as therapeutic massage therapist, traditional healer and private personal, and Group Trainer.

My name is Valery Strazhets, and I’m thrilled to be part of your fitness journey.

Certifications as a personal trainer CPT NASM, IFPA, and status as a yoga instructor RYT 200 Alliance are what I bring to the fitness world. 

Currently, I’m actively studying clinical pilates and preparing to become a wellness coach (CNC, CWC, BCS).

My quest for harmony began long before I joined our club. 

I believe in the importance of caring for both body and mind, and my transformation story validates this. 

Throughout my career, I’ve developed unique workout programs and methodologies that have helped me and my clients achieve incredible results.

My goal is to inspire you and help you reach your fitness and health goals.
